The hotel's location is perfect, with Kollam beach just a stone's throw away and the city centre and railway station are also very close. The rooms are well-appointed with basic amenities and even come with a balcony, a nice touch. The staff and service are attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included and offers a decent selection to start the day.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. First of all, the location is unbeatable, as it is very near to Kollam beach. The hotel also offers rooms with basic amenities, including a balcony, which allows for a lovely view. Additionally, the staff were very attentive and the breakfast provided was delicious.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience with amazing small touches, helpful staff, and fresh drinks mix in my room. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and it has impeccable facilities. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with great views and fabulous food.
the issue was also present in other rooms and it seems to be a recurrent problem that needs to be addressed.

The rooms were a bit small and outdated, could use some renovations to modernize the decor. The noise level from the street could be bothersome during the night, even with the windows closed.
